2. Purpose of the site

The Site is informational and exists to present White Owl's travel services and facilitate contact with prospective travelers. It does not process online payments.

3. Nature of inquiries and bookings

Messages sent through the contact form or WhatsApp are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. A booking is only confirmed once White Owl and the traveler agree in writing on itinerary, price and payment. Availability and prices are subject to change until confirmed.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, logos and code, is the property of White Owl or its authors and is protected under Peruvian and international intellectual property law.

Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Accuracy of information and activity risk

White Owl strives to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but some photographs are illustrative of the destinations described rather than of a specific departure. Trekking, high-altitude and adventure activities carry inherent physical risk; travelers are responsible for assessing their own fitness and for travel insurance.

6. Limitation of liability

White Owl is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site, inability to access it, or reliance on information contained in it, beyond what is established in the specific terms agreed for a confirmed booking.

The Site may link to third-party pages (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps). White Owl does not control and is not responsible for the content of those external sites.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Cusco, Peru.

9. Changes

White Owl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Site.
